Visit of the Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations and Commander of the UPDF Land Forces to Rwanda
On 14 March at Village Urugwiro, President Paul Kagame received Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations and Commander of
Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) Land Forces, to discuss the Rwanda-Uganda relations. Lt. Gen. Muhoozi’s visit was a follow up to a similar one he made in January this year. During his three-day time in Rwanda, he also visited the Kigali Genocide memorial, the Campaign Against Genocide Museum at the Parliamentary Buildings and also visited the Kigali Arena, the modern sports facility in Remera. President Kagame also gifted him with Inyambo cows at his farm.
