Nyamagabe officials and partners discuss measures to improve citizen satisfaction

Thursday 09 March - Nyamagabe District officials and partners embarked on an exercise to discuss measures that would help improve service delivery that leads to
citizen satisfaction. During the meeting, all indicators highlighted by CRC were discussed and participants committed to improving on shortcomings that the report
indicated. Discussions will also take place in other sectors of the District. Why it matters: The exercise follows last year's Citizen Report Card (CRC) by the
Rwanda Governance Board that ranked Nyamagabe the 30th of all Districts, and 2021-2022 Imihigo findings that ranked the District 22nd with 71,11%.
